The Nomad Blackeye Ti is loaded with technology designed to keep it welded to the groomed terrain that is its favorite stomping ground.  In addition to the Titanal laminate called out in its name, the latest Blackeye Ti has a latticework called Carbon Tank Mesh embedded in its structure, enhancing both strength and energy.

Given its structure, the Blackeye Ti should ski like a badass bomber, but its ARC binding system that allows the ski to bow under a relatively light touch mitigates the Blackeye’s bolt-for-the-barn instincts.  Don’t get us wrong; the Blackeye hasn’t become some softie and certainly isn’t what we’d consider a Finesse ski, but its better at short turns than you’d expect for a ski that from tip to tail is built for speed.

Powerful but not over-powering, the Nomad Blackeye Ti definitely deserves consideration by anyone who classifies himself as a “cruiser.”
