As the widest member of the Vantage series, the 107 Ti stands the most to gain from the super lightweight design of its Prolite chassis.  Constructions like Prolite that place a premium on weight reduction can add surface area without turning into a freighter, so the ski actually floats on top of powder where it’s easy to pivot.  Adding to both flotation and fun is its HRZN Tech Tip that’s rockered on both axes so its extra smeary.

Despite a shovel with no interest in hooking up, the Vantage 107 Ti holds a remarkably crisp edge on firm groomers, exhibiting some of the best long-radius carving traits in the category. As a veteran Footloose tester relays, the Vantage 107 Ti “doesn’t ski like a 107. It’s light but strong, with some of the oomph the Salomon [QST 106] is missing and more lively than a Nordica [Santa Ana 110].” A Finesse ski with a Power reserve that can be instantly summoned, the 107 Ti would probably rise in our rankings if more testers had a chance to evaluate it in appropriate conditions.
